Vin wrote the songs in New York from 2011-2012; Vin/Brian/Nick/Andy recorded them in New Jersey with Carl Kranz in early 2012; Vin/Nick/Andy/Sam played them in garages on Long Island after Brian moved away; nobody ever released them anywhere; everybody finished school and went home. First show was spring 2011; last show was January 2013. No one was/is happy but everyone had fun. Lyrics were mostly about being sad in a big city as far as anyone can tell, which makes sense considering the circumstances.
